A comprehensive demonstration of espresso machine and grinder maintenance.

DGCI now offers this unique course on the inner workings of espresso equipment. Included in this module is the explanation of burr replacement, group rubber servicing, shower sprays, pressure switches, water filter changes, volumetric touch pad programming and much more! It is highly recommended for those wishing to get a deeper understanding of the espresso making process through obtaining a thorough understanding of the equipment used.

Note: This is not a service technician course. It is conducted by a qualified service technician to introduce students to essential variables that greatly affect the end result of the espresso coffee.

Cost: $180pp or $160 for 2 or more people
