We provide face to face Barista Training at our SCA Campus at Brookvale.Courses are limited to 3 students per class until COVID restrictions are lifted to allow for full classes to resume.
We thoroughly explore correct extraction involving grinder philosophy and adjustments, espresso machine calibration, espresso volumes and espresso machine trouble shooting. Barista techniques are explained by following objective and subjective systems. We apply what we have learned in the first half with a hands-on session. Real life café scenarios are worked through.
