Morning - Essence of Espresso Theory [101]

We thoroughly explore correct extraction involving grinder philosophy and adjustments, espresso machine calibration, espresso volumes and espresso machine trouble shooting. Barista techniques are explained by following objective and subjective systems.

Afternoon - Essence of Espresso Practical [102]

We apply what we have learned in the first half with a hands-on session. Real life café scenarios are worked through.
